Can I change my cleaners?

Yes if there is any issue regarding your cleaner please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We will always ensure to provide a solution.


How do I give my keys to you?

If you are to be home during your clean, then your cleaner will notify you of their arrival. Please open the door!

If you are not home during the clean, then you must provide either a copy of a key to be used by your cleaner or arrange for the keys to be collected on arrival to your home. All apartments with port codes must also be provided.


Can I give the cleaner my key?

Yes, the cleaner can collect keys. All cleaners will provide you with a key transfer contract for which both the customer and cleaner must sign. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.


What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Of course, we aim to make sure you are 100% happy with your clean. Your first step is to contact us, and we will seek an immediate solution. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.


What requirements does YOUR PLACE have on the Staff?

We have very high expectations and requirements for our Staff.

  1. Communication between our cleaners and our customers is a must! So all our cleaners speak either English Swedish or both!
  2. All Staff are experienced within the role. We only hire those with 3+ years experience!
  3. We always check Staff for any criminal record. And only hire those with a clean slate!
  4. Our interview process is extremely stringent and only allows for the best possible interviewees to succeed.
  5. We ensure all our staff members are friendly and make you feel comfortable while cleaning your home.


What about security?

YOUR PLACE takes security seriously.

  1. All Staff sign a confidentiality agreement with the company. Who are contractually agreeing to never relay any information regarding the customer to any third party or other.
  2. All cleaners can be identified by their uniform. We will never attend a clean without our uniform.
  3. When hiring, we request excerpts from the police tax register. YOUR PLACE has well-developed routines for managing keys, alarms and other sensitive client information.


What if someone gets injured while cleaning my home.

  1. Firstly depending on the injury, we always ask you to seek medical advice via the number 1177.
  2. Next, we would then ask you to contact YOUR PLACE if the injury is deemed as needing medical attention.
  3. All Staff are insured during working hours and on the way to and from work.
