What is a home cleaning subscription?

A subscription with YOUR PLACE is a fixed service offering regular cleaning according to the period of your subscription. In return, we reward all our customers for joining YOUR PLACE.

 If I need to cancel my subscription, what happens then?

If the customer notifies YOUR PLACE less than seven business days in advance, then they may be charged the full price of 1 cleaning service cost. Note this is before deductions.


If I need to cancel my scheduled visit, what happens then?

If the customer wishes to cancel a scheduled service clean without re-booking for a later date, then the customer must notify YOUR PLACE of cancellation no less than three business days in advance. If the customer notifies YOUR PLACE less than three business days in advance, then they may be charged 25% of the service cost. Note this is before deductions.


Can I edit my order?

Yes! Our subscriptions are flexible and allow you to use your hours flexibly. Simply call us and rearrange your scheduled time and date. Or use your time flexibly to organize a moving out clean or deep clean.

We must be notified of the date and time change at least 24 hours in advance. More information regarding any changes to your order can be found in our terms and conditions.


Can I order the same cleaner more than once?

We always aim to send the same cleaner to your home, especially if you have created a high level of trust with your cleaner. However, if your regular cleaner is sick or other, then we will send a replacement and notify you. We guarantee you will never see more than three cleaners in your home during your subscription term.
